I have downloaded and tested same software, but it does not work on Windows 8.1

I've downloaded the application on my PC and installed it. I am running Windows 10 X64 Professional. However, I managed to launch it. You can try to use a compatibility mode.

I had to use also Run as Administrator in order to properly install the application. Here is proof that it works:
