I've searched the web, but couldn't find anything related to release dates for the IBM FAStT MSJ Management Suite Java product. As far as I know, these products have built-in information that you can access related to changelogs, release dates, and anything related to product support.
I also recommend checking the installation directory, because since this is an IBM related app, you'll find plenty documentation about it or links to access the desired information.
