The problem with WizTom is related to its availability. I've checked all the websites, but didn't find anything related to installation, configuration, compatibility and system requirements. Because of that, I can't really say how to configure WizTom with the IIS servers and certificates, but if you have the software installed on your PC, then simply access its built-in Help section or documentation. I am sure you will find enough information there.
