If you are trying to use the application on a modern version of Windows, then errors or issues can be expected because from what it appears on the official website, IntelliStor LT hasn't been updated in a very long time and I don't think it can be used properly, that's why the issues.
I recommend setting a compatibility mode for the application. Right-click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop-down menu, choose a previous version of Windows (eg. Windows XP Service Pack 3).
