Since I couldn't find anything about the application you've mentioned above, I recommend checking its built-in Help section to locate the home URL. After you do this, visit that page and identify the login module as well as the support page. I am sure that username changing isn't something you can do for yourself, instead, the support administrators will do it for you, but even so, a direct contact needs to be established with them through the proper channels.
