Alcatel Idol 4S and Windows 10 PC Suite.

Question

Is there a PC phone suite available for the Alcatel Idol 4S Windows 10 phone that actually works? I have tried every one of Alcatel's suites they have posted, none will work with this phone. My PC is running Windows 10 Premium and will not connect with it either. Tried all driver downloads that I could find for it, still no luck.

You have to download the software from their website. I've checked and it appears there is a product recommended for this phone. You have to simply access the support page listed below and then type IDOL 4S in the search box for the downloads to load. Save the installation package, then right click it and choose Run As Administrator. Install it, and connect the phone. Enable MTP/PC Connection and accept any warnings you might have.

I've just used this method with another IDOL and it worked out of the box.
