This phone doesn't require a PC Suite in order to access its contents. The connectivity features and connection procedure is vastly explained in the PDF manual that accompanies the device. You can download it using the link posted below.

The device can be connected to PC through a Micro USB 2.0 cable. After you attach the phone, enable MTP connection mode, then you'll find the pictures through Computer.
If there is nothing in Computer, go to Start > RUN > devmgmt.msc. Locate the item with yellow and select Update Drivers and let Windows Update do the rest.
