The simplest way is to export the content to its default format and then reinstall the software on Windows 10 and import the previously exported content. There is no other procedure since the software doesn't support Cloud storage to automatically retrieve the content.
Usually it's done through File > Save As or File > Export and then follow the instructions.
I've done this with many applications and it worked well. On Windows 10 you might have to apply a compatibility tweak. After installation, if the software doesn't work properly, right click it and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version and launch the software.
