Based on the error above, it appears that you already have an entity installed with the same name, and because of that, the software refuses to install correctly. As suggested, you have to either modify the manifest file or remove the current installation of TutorChat. Once you do that and restart the installation environment, the current package will deploy successfully.

If it still doesn't work, access the main website and connect to the member's area.
