Header icons are missing.

I am on an iPad and I'm trying to run an illusion, however I don't seem to have the header icons so that I can select run the illustration once I fill in all the client details. Can someone help? I'm not sure if I need to download updated software in order to show the header options.

The only update to Transware is for version 18.30. There is also a page where you can re-download the software and then perform the update. I believe that you need to update the version that's already installed on your PC to be able to overcome all the issues.

I suggest you visit the following link to reach the download page. Download and install the packages and then repeat the procedure you were doing.
