I bought iTools and tried to install it under Windows Vista. Unfortunately the installation process does not find an end. When I start iTools the installation process starts again and starts to download 60 MB. When I try to type in the registration number it does not help. Isn't iTools working on Vista? What can I do to install the program and use it?

Based on the information found on the official website, you can install this software on the following versions of Windows: Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10.

I've downloaded and install the application and although the software works, it requires registration since it's in trial mode.

It's also possible that you've installed a different application because the original one is ~170 MB in size and it's not using a streaming download.

Contact the developers and explain the situation related to the registration process.
