I've searched the official website for this product but couldn't find anything that I could use and their support is pretty limited as well. As far as I know, for products that have been sold in form of a CD-ROM, serial recovery is not possible unless the developers really make an exception. The same thing applies to Windows sold on CDs. If you lose the serial number, then it's lost forever and you are forced to buy a new one again.
I've also searched for a contact page and email on their website, but I didn't find anything. It's most likely available after a product is ordered.
