I need to cancel the purchasing of regular version for REGutilities.

You have to contact the seller from where you've acquired the application because the official website appears to be discontinued. If the product is sold 3rd party, then I recommend to immediately ask for a refund and use something else instead.

For example, CCleaner has a registry module that deletes obsolete entries without affecting your functionality.

This software is HORRIBLE. It has messed up my computer and made my manufacturer's update software inoperable. It also PHISHed for my login information, that I recognized and backed out of. I have been unable to get any help with a refund and the site seems to have vanished from the internet. DO NOT USE THIS IT IS A SCAM.
