RegUtilities support doesn't answer.

I have paid $49,90 through Safecart Servoso and got a licence code , but it doesn't work and I can`t get into RegUtilities support to get nnother licences code. Can I get my money back from Safecart?

Only the developers have access to the payment systems and refund procedures since it's their product. I recommend you contact them and request a refund if the time frame of purchase is between 0-60 days.

Since RegUtilities does not appear in any search, use the website you've acquired the product from and get in touch with the developers stating that you want a refund. Secondly, if they refuse, contact your credit card bank issuer.
