I'm afraid that you have bad luck because this application isn't available anymore. I've looked on the web and the developers don't even have a website to obtain information. Therefore, the only thing you can do now is to run the software in compatibility mode.
After the upgrade, all the programs are in the same location, however I see that you've upgraded from XP and this is only possible after Windows has been installed using a CD or a USB. Migration is not possible in this case.
I've also searched for an alternative, but couldn't find any suitable and available online.
