Canon MX310 MP Navigator

I have downloaded MP Navigator EX to use it with Canon MX310 printer/scanner/fax.

Scan works good except when I print out documents scanned with MP navigator: the print quality is very degraded - handwritten scanned documents do not print out at all even though they appear clear in the PDF file. I tried to customize the settings but I still cannot get PDF document to print clearly.

If the printing job completes with all the errors, then you need to initially check for the levels of ink in the cartridges. If they are low, then you must refill them and then perform a calibration job. Also it's likely that the heads of the cartridges are either dry or broken. In this case they need replacement.

If the heads are dry, you will need to print a few pages more and the full printing functionality will be restored. The settings don't have nothing to do with the way the device is printing.

Thanks for your input.  I can scan same document with Adobe and print that scanned copy perfectly.  Also I can print documents and the print quality is excellent so therefore, it is not an issue with my cartridges.  All other documents print perfectly fine.  All the documents SCANNED with MP Navigator print out crappy.  thanks, kate
