In the manual of this model, is referred about the software version for this model that is the Version 1.6. I have tried to download this version and I can't get it. How can I solve my problem? I have no way to save the results to my computer.
The only version that I've seen being available for this device is Omron Health Management Software 1.3 and it's available for downloading from the official website. That's the closest thing available for software support. You can also get additional information and drivers required to connect the devices to PC through their available cables.
Installation note: Make sure to download the correct drivers or you'll cause conflicts with the operating system by choosing a different architecture.
