Is there any graphical design software able to export CAD files to use with Roadway Culverts?

Question

I was looking for a program to draw boxes or circular roadway culverts. It would include design of wingwalls according to the road cross-section and DWG file export option. It should also include concrete, steel and landfill measurements. Hydraulic calculations are not required.

You can do what you want in the Autocad software. It may sound awkward but Autocad has support to what you were asking since the first release of 2007 version and beside all of this, Culverts works the best with Autocad DWG files. Simply select the module you want to use, then start your project and draw everything you want.
