You can use your license on another PC as long as it allows you to do so. Certain license keys are reserved only for one PC. On the 2nd computer an error message will be displayed saying that the license has been already activated.
I've searched for this application in terms of availability, website, downloads, license agreement, but nothing was found. If it's discontinued, then you can use the license on a second PC without worries.
