Sudden client error - Network card not detected.

Suddenly several Confiance Recorder clients - which had been working for years - suddenly stopped working with an error "Network card not detected". Any ideas?

I've checked the official website and it appears that it has been discontinued, therefore troubleshooting is out of the question. Therefore, you have to check the Device Manager to see if the network adapters are installed properly, because I believe this is an issue with the network adapters.

The easiest way to overcome this issue is to reinstall the network drivers for your network adapters. A reinstall will refresh the settings and fix any possible errors.
