I am trying to log-in to my phone, but I'm having trouble getting it to connect. This is the first time I'm having this issue.
I recommend downloading the package through the link posted below. You can install it on Windows 10 because it works, but before you proceed to installation, make sure to use Run as Administrator on the installer. This will give administrator permissions which will finish the installation properly.
