The lines can't be used because in most cases, other applications interfere with their functionality. The first thing you have to do is to reinstall the application. After it has been installed, access its settings and make sure that everything is configured correctly. Secondly, close all the running applications in the background. If there is another communication software, then it could cause trouble with PortGo.
