How do I delete fax on the control center 4 from my Computer?

The Fax files are stored on the Brother machine and when you access them on your PC, you actually get them from the machine.

Here are the steps you have to take in order to delete the faxes:

1. Press MENU or MENU/SET and choose Fax => Remote Fax Opt => Fwd/Page/Store or Forward/Store.
2. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Off.
3. Press the OK or MENU/SET key.
4. Your Brother machine's LCD will ask you the following question: Erase All Fax (Doc) ? 1. Yes 2. No
5. If no faxes are stored in memory, the above question will not appear. Instead, the LCD will read Accepted.
6. Press 1.
7. Press the STOP/EXIT key.
