I have contacted you 3 or 4 times about you disabling my account and got no response. I have had my money disappear twice, even after your ad said you would no longer do that.
Only the developers of the application you're using have the right to manage your account, which means that you should address this issue to them. They are the ones who have full control over your account.
I recommend you insist on calling them or emailing them to see exactly what happened with your account.
