My son is using Constructor 12 at Alfred State College- He needs a new computer- what are the minimum requirements for this program to run properly?

My son is using Constructor 12 at Alfred State College- He needs a new computer- what are the minimum requirements for this program to run properly?

A windows based computer running Win 7, 8 or 10. Any system that will run these operating systems should run the Constructor just fine. A mouse is also required.
