If the software simply crashes, then it might be possible that it doesn't have compatibility with the Windows 10 operating system. Typically, when an application crashes just before it's launched, it simply has two causes: bugs in the application or it's not compatible with the operating system that you're currently using.
Try to apply a compatibility tweak using right click on icon and then Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version from the list and then run the application (recommended to choose Windows 7) .
