The sounds of the Blu-ray discs cannot be played.

No sounds when playing Blu-ray disc. I am using the pioneer BDR-209DBK-SW. How can I solve it?

There is nothing mentioned about the audio streams on the specs page on the Pioneer website. When you insert a Blu-Ray disc, the main menu should provide ways to customize the audio if you're using a PC, change the media player used to play the disc.

Try VLC Media Player or CyberLink PowerDVD to play the disc again. These media players can play a lot of file formats and medium storage devices.
