The applications you already have are more than enough to create Blu-ray discs. I advise using Nero again. Go to Start > All programs > Nero > Nero StartSmart. Choose Data > Data Blu-ray disc. Add all the tracks to the DVD and then proceed with the burning options. Choose the lowest speed possible. If you write the files at higher speed, you won't have the possibility to play them correctly. This also happens for Audio CDs/DVDs as well. It should work afterwards.
