How to view SQL from HC Data Manager?

I use HC Data Manager to open *.aph files, but after I open it, there is a Test Plan Manager, and once I click the "Test Plan" button, a pop-up window appears which contains three tables. I want to know the DDL of these tables, where do the records in these table come from?

Although Neogen Corporation is still in business and their website can be accessed through a web browser, they don't offer anything related to this application. I've also tried to download it off site but failed to do that since it's not hosted on any of the available websites. You have to open the software and then access the built-in Help section. This way you can find out about various ways of operating the software including the database and tables.
