The main reason why the software is not working on Windows 10 is probably related to compatibility. I didn't find an updated version of this software for Windows 10, therefore I believe you'll have to use compatibility tweaks. Right click the installer, then go to Properties > Compatibility and choose a previous version of the software from the list. It's a known trick might work or not, but very easy to check. Unfortunately, there is no other version of DVICO FusionHDTV available for Windows 10.
