Unfortunately, you can no longer update your version of Lotus Organizer. According to an official announcement made by IBM, the company has ended the support for the application and has withdrawn it from the market. Lotus Organizer hasn't been available on the market since November 2013 and support for it has stopped in September 2014.
In case you need an alternative solution, I recommend Microsoft Office Outlook.
