HOROSCOPE EXPLORER PRO is just like any other application. After you buy it, a setup package will be delivered to you in CD form or you can download it. After the application is downloaded, right click it and choose Run as Administrator.
Follow the instructions on scree and let it finish. At the end of the process, you can start the software from its icon on desktop or simply look it up through Start > Search.
