Is Statview available for Windows 10 64-bit?

I'm trying to download Statview 5.0.1 but it tells me that it is the wrong version, but I can't find one for Windows 10.

It's not possible to say if the application is compatible with Windows 10 64-bit because there is no version to test it. I've checked all the possible websites and didn't find anything available about it. After some more extensive searching, it appears this was actually released back in 1985. This also confirms that no compatibility exists between StatView and Windows 10 64-bit.

Statview was around in the late 80s through the mid 90s before its parent company Abacus Software was purchased by SAS - and then the software promptly discontinued. You can still find old versions floating around. Can't tell you if it works with Windows 10 - but it did work with Windows 7 (which is when I last owned it). You should be able to run an emulator so that software meant for older operating systems will work with yours. You might try under a Windows NT emulator instead of running it directly on Windows 10.
