You can download the driver for the RP3200 device from the official manufacturer's page. I've checked and it appears that it supports Windows 10 and the download is placed on the Downloads section of the website.
There is also a direct link to the driver in case you can't access the website. Extract the archive, right-click the setup package in Windows 10 and select Run as Administrator.
