Vz In Home Agent for DSL.

Despite repeated downloads from the Verizon site, it does not work. All I get is to repair it then that does not work. So, I have to uninstall/re-install numerous times and still no go. Verizon reps are hopeless regarding this issue.

I don't know if you've reported this to the developers, but it might be possible that the software you've installed on your machine to lack support for that particular operating system.

According to the information presented on the official website, the application supports the following operating systems:

  • Windows PC: XP Service Pack 3,Vista,7, 8 or 8.1.
  • Apple Mac:OS X 10.7,10.8,10.9,10.10 or 10.11.

If you have anything different than this, then you might expect errors to happen. Unfortunately, after I've searched on their website, there were no in-depth troubleshooter files available which means you need to run the software in compatibility eventually to avoid any other errors.
