When I've clicked the product name on their website (hosted through Archive.ORG, the same page reloaded). This product is discontinued without any possibility to download or play it anymore.
You can buy the game through one of the online shops (eg. Amazon) and it's confirmed that Windows 7 is the supported operating system where the game will run.
