I have a VideoEEG 2100 Nikon Kohden and I can't see video when I download the VideoEEG in a portable form.
In most of the cases, this type of applications uses various codecs in order to play the videos that you download. I've downloaded a PDF file to check the required items to be installed on PC to playback that video, but I couldn't find anything about it.
I recommend installing a codec pack that has support or most of the video formats released on the web: http://combined-community-codec-pack.software.informer.com/
