Yes, the software will work with Windows 10 and versions below. I've downloaded the installation package through the download page at Software Informer, then I've used the downloaded file (photoprinter5_engtrial) to launch the installation. Everything worked well and there were no errors about them.
The architecture of the system was 64bit. Make sure to run the installer as Administrator when launching the installer.
