The software makes it easy to perform the backup procedure due to the available options built into its interface. After you've installed the application on the new phone, go to settings and you'll see a big green button that allows you to restore the files.
This assumes you already have created the backup in VCF format and you already have it on your phone, because I didn't see anything mentioned about online cloud sync.
