I can't recover a saved project. The pictures in my folder are just icons that will not load. I'm making vinyl cuts for coffee mugs and need to recover the first one to use on the next ones. Did I save it wrong?
Most likely yes, you have saved the images to a different format. I recommend you open the software again and then use the application to save the files to a proper format that you can use to cut after it's printed.
