EZBackItUp and license information.

Have been using this program for several years - recently replaced my computer and downloaded free software. However cannot set up a "Job". Normal start is 4 screens - lower left and right displaying files and folders that can be backed up (normal drag to upper right - upper right is selected files to back up - upper left is name of "Job". With latest upload I cannot drag names of any folders to upper right - or any other alternative to set up required back up. Previously when you selected a folder a small sign would appear indicating it could be dragged. Now the only response is a "no move x" indication. It appears there is some bug which I do not know how to overcome. Alternatively what am I doing wrong now?

EZBackItUp isn't supported anymore. I've checked the official website and although there is the possibility to download it, no support is provided for it. I recommend downloading and installing the software over the previous version to fix any possible problems. It's like you'll refresh the installation.
