The software you are speaking about doesn't appear to be available, therefore it's impossible for me to specify if it's compatible with Windows 10 or not. If you have the setup package of the software, right click it and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows and then tick the Run as Administrator.
