It's impossible to say if the application will run on Windows 10 or not since the developer discontinued the application. If you still have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down menu, choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 and tick the Run as Administrator option as well. After this procedure, launch the setup package to test it. This is the only way at the moment to see if the application works on Windows 10 or not.
