Blue Box and computer are not working together. Predator Advantage is the name of blue box. When connected to computer, the mouse arrow jumps everywhere.
You should get in contact with the developers/manufacturers to see what is the problem with the software because there is no support about it. This type of product usually don't have public support because they're very expensive and support is assured by the dealer/seller.
