I have tried to load the HP Design Studio Premium Photo Cards CD-ROM using Windows 10, and it will not load. Can you help?
The only reason why this application refuses to install is related to compatibility or because the CD you're using is scratched and the CD-ROM can't read it. Since this application is not available anymore, there is another one called HP Photo Creations that allows you to create various graphical content, and best of all is that it's free and Windows 10 compatible.
