Error message when trying to print S-21 publisher cards.

We are receiving an error message when trying to print publisher cards. This is a Windows 10 laptop the program is installed on. After we choose the publisher, the orientation of the card and after we choose the printer, we receive the error message: "The report cannot be printed because you inserted too much additional information into one or more descriptions. Descriptions should not exceed 200 characters."

What are we doing wrong?

As the message says, for each of the file you are trying to print, a description can be entered. When you are trying to print multiple files, the software take into account all those descriptions. As you can see above, it tells you not to fill the description field more than 200 characters. Once you tweak those descriptions according to the recommendation, the software will work just fine.
