I cannot log into Sendpoint Merchant.

I have not changed username or password, and it keeps saying wrong ID or password. How to log in?

I've searched the web and it appears that you'll have to contact the system administrator, because the web login form doesn't have a Forgot password? option. The things you can try as well are:

  • disable Capslock then enter the password again
  • double check the password and the username you enter.
  • verify the Firewall on your PC. Make sure that it allows the software that you're using to connect to the Internet.
