The software does not work.

Question

The software can not be installed in a Windows 10 operating system, I do not have any "Trap-a-ware" previous program installed and the version 4.7.3 installer aborts itself because I "must uninstall that previous software..." that really not exist. I used the software in other computer with older operating system and I think it is a great tool but it doesn't. What can I do?

For this application, it's necessary to have a compatible version developed especially for Windows 10. I've tested the setup package just like you did on Windows 10 64bit and it gives the same error. It begins the search for Trap-A-ware and afterwards the installer crashes.

I've found a page where it says that you can obtain a copy of the software only that it doesn't provide the version and compatibility.
