There is no manual or troubleshooting documents available for downloading in case of CaTRAC'R. I've searched on their website, and a demo version is available, but that has to be requested before it can actually be used. If you have the software installed, go to Help section then switch to Search and type shortcuts to see a list with all the possible shortcuts.
