Why the Nativedropboxagent app cannot be removed?

Nativedropboxagent is installed on my phone Android. I cannot remove this app, because I don't have this option. The option Guest is open in users. When I look the app installed in my profile, I see the Nativedropboxagent installed. When I change to Guest, the application doesn't appear anymore, but I can see all others. When I try to remove the guest, the phone changes to user and I can't exclude the guest user.

What should I do?

This is an application that's being installed on phones where Dropbox is marked as a system application and the only phones where this is encountered are the ones from Motorola.

I've found parts of this issue on a Reddit post, but again there was nothing to match with you issue. The only thing I can recommend is to permanently disable/freeze the app. Go to Settings > Applications > All > Dropbox and Nativedropboxagent. Tap on each one of them, then press Clear Data and Clear Cache followed by Disable. The phone will ask you if you want to return to factory defaults. Choose Yes and that's it, the app and the agent will be disabled on your device.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. They removed the ability to disable it and it just pops up adds on everything, including home screen. Really annoying. And some of them have sound. They'd pop up while I'm in class
